AT&T Address Book Contacts syncing... FOR 2 WEEKS!

My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has said this for 2 weeks. Battery life is horrible, internet connection is terrible, and overall performance sucks. My service is usually great because I can see the tower from my house, but since this contacts issue popped up, I might as well not even have a phone. Help?
