Why is my galaxy note 3 switching on and off every time

my samsung galaxy note 3 gets switched off every now and then i tried rebooting it several times but there are no chances of its improval

This could be many things. I would suggest trying a different battery first. If it still does it with a fresh battery, you may have other hardware related issues. You can try a Cache Wipe in recovery, and even a factory reset, to see if that helps.
