Android keyboard disappearing

[AC Question]

Hello everyone! I bought an Elephone P9000 a couple of months ago and I just ran into my first problem with it, I restarted my phone and when I'm asked to put my password, the keyboard comes up, but when I try to type any letters it comes down again, I can't clear the keyboard app's cache so I just don't know what to do. Hi, did you manage to find a resolution to this issue? have you tried using Android Device Manager to by-pass the lock screen then remove it?
