i have deleted my Android system UI by mistake . please help me what to do

After deleting android app i have factory reset my phone. And now it always keep showing on my screen that keyboard is not working. My phone is not working at all. Samsung galaxy note 2 . please someone help me

Android system ui should be a protected system app. You shouldn't be able to delete it without root. Can you provide us with more information on what you did and the circumstances?
