Samsung s7 blank screen on calls

[AC Question]

My Samsung s7 sometimes doesn't show up on screen when I am receiving a call, it's just a black screen but the ringtone works . I am unable to answer the calls aswell, as you can imagine this is very frustrating .I have tried going through my settings but to no avail. Is anyone else having the same issue ? Or can anyone shed any light on the issue ?
