After a small drop (about a 50cm vertical), the phone was working fine. I was browsing reddit on it perfectly but after about 5 minutes I come back and the two buttons next to the home button flash white, a blue light comes on and the phone is unresponsive. If the blue light wasn't permanently on I'd assume the screen was damaged however it's on all the time. I tried force rebooting but nothing works. I know the buttons were working fine and sometimes the home button is unresponsive but it still worked fine.

I've tried all kinds of resets excluding taking the battery out but the note 5 does not have a removable battery.

    What options do I have?

Hi, just cause the LED is flashing doesn't mean the screen isn't damaged. I would consider taking it to someone to repair / look at it or contacting Samsung as it should be under warranty as it's not a year old yet.
