Samsung s4 won't disengage car blue tooth

[AC Question]

blue tooth works fine in the vehicle, problem is when car is shut off, my phone won't disengage... I tried restarting phone, turning off Bluetooth. any ideas? I'm really tired to run to my car to make a call

Hi, have you given it a couple of minutes to turn off? also, have you tried turning off bluetooth when inside the car with the engine on?
