When getting a call, caller can't hear me.

When getting a call, caller can't her me. If I call them there is no problem so it is not a speaker problem. Anyone else have this happening with incoming calls only?

When you take these incoming calls are you using the handset speaker, speakerphone, or a Bluetooth device? What happens if you switch between these?

speaker or speakerphone - same thing happens but only on incoming calls. Works fine when I call out so I assume the speaker is OK.
