My turbo 2 shut off and will not charge

[AC Question]

I was working on a roof i took two pictures for my before and after photos. i set my phone down on window seal for ruffly 5 min. long enough to climb down grab nails from my truck and return. when i grabed my phone it was off i assumed battery life was out. after i returned home 3hrs later my phone will not charge! how i fix my phone
