Green robot and problem holding a charge

[AC Question]

Phone started have trouble hold a charge, I have been using the original charger. and then a green robot showed up on screen phone type is
Galaxy S5 with a charging port that I was told could use two different type of chargers. When I took in my phone they said it was because it was bent on the inside. But I can honestly say I was very careful with my charging port.

Just because you were careful doesn't mean that your charging port isn't damaged. I would look into having this repaired.
