when i recovered device with philzz it still does boot loop why

when my samsung tab 4 8.0 was on boot loop i recovered it with phillz and it does nothing but do a boot loop and ill i need is help

What do you mean by recovery? Did you restore a Nandroid backup?
One solution might be to flash back the stock image and carry on from there.
