I've lived in an apartment with WiFi for 3 years and now I can not get it.

No one else is having an issue with this. I have cancelled it, gone back in and reentered the password, restarted my phone, powered off and took the battery out for 10 to 20 minutes and still get "authentication problem" what can I do? I'm about ready to do a factory reset, sure don't want to. Any suggestions?
