I have a black screen

Tried switching off taking the battery off and restarting. I hear audio, but the screen is still black

Hi, please tell us what kind of device do you have? Please register for the forums, it's free and easy! If it were me, and I'm saying me, I would find a YouTube tear it down video on your device and open it up to see if any cables were or perhaps dislodged due to a fall. If you don't feel comfortable doing that, then you would for sure have to take it to a service center. As it looks like your LCD is dead.
