How do I delete group messaging

I just want to be out of group messaging I tried going to settings but I'm not able to cancel

A group message is recognized by the phone as a multimedia messaging service. Keyword being service. So if you no longer want to be in a group message, the simplest thing to do is just text each person individually. And delete the group thread from your messaging app.

The group needs to stop texting and start another group message without you.
