Why is my phone turning on,on google.

hello,i need help,with my samsung s3neo.this is the problem:my phone turns on on a black screen i leave the screen then it goes to google and then the start screen appears{if you dont understand im talking about the screen were you slide your thumb to unlock it}.please help its very annoying.
