How can I access the Text Message Pilot Number in my LGG2

Switched to Consumer Cellular from Verizon, and brought my LG G2 with me. I can receive SMS text messages, but I cannot send. Tech at CC said I need to find where Verizon "hid" the "Text Message Pilot Number", and change it to the one they provided. When I called Verizon, they laughed at me; saying there's no such thing. Can anyone help?
