why am i unable to use my LG VISTA?

[AC Question]

It had 33% so I put it on charger....I went to look at it 20 min later and the phone is black with a white rectangular box and it says: Android is starting and it continues to have a circle going round and round it also says: starting apps. I can barely see the phone. Also, none of the buttons on the back work to stop this action that has been going on for at least 45 min now.

Hi....try pulling your battery out...then replace it, the reboot. See if that helps.
