Why do I get these unfamiliar caller Id photos when I'm calling someone?

I'm a Verizon customer with a galaxy s4. When I dial my daughter-in-law's number, this unfamiliar photo pops up. I did not add it. Where did it come from? How do I get rid of it? It's hideous!
