Why can't my Note 3 find any Wifi Network?

I am upgraded on android 5, and I have done all the research and have repeated the same steps of clearing data and wiping cache, my phone still cannot find any wifi network now. It has in the past and then suddenly stopped reaching or even finding any wifi network.

Hi, as you have mentioned you have tried all the recommended steps, have you tried performing a factory reset on the device? this will wipe everything you have on the phone so make sure you back up all that data

By all steps and I KNOW this sounds obvious BUT have you rebooted the device? Also have you tried turning of airplane mode waiting 30 seconds then turning it off? Also try turning off all the other radios expect the WiFi radio, to see if something may be interfering with it.


Also try different WiFi zones, NOT just the one you usually use, and try rebooting your home router.
