Why don't my back, home and options buttons light up?

I have a Huawei Y625, I just got it and I noticed that the touch buttons dont light up. I looked into it and saw that the power saving settings might have something to do with it, but my power saving option in the settings only has one option and its to turn on power saving. There's no other option, like choosing the type of power saving. Any help would be appreciated.

Try turning on power saving mode, see if you can toggle the "lights off" switch, then turn it off again. If that fails, attempt a soft reset.

I have the same problem, but I cant do anything, its in ultra power saving mode
