Message+ is making me crazy

[AC Question]

My phone has been running very slowly and my texting app, message+, has been acting weird as well. Double or triple messages, not receiving in the right order, previously received pics won't load. I alreday cleared the cache, deleted unused abd useless apps. I deleted full old coversations and spent hours manually deleting sent/received pics since there is no way to mass delete. I woke up today and ALL THE DELETED CONVOS AND PICS ARE BACK! Does anyone have any insight? Phinecis still acting weird as well. Do I just need a new damn phone?

Welcome.
I would try another texting app.
I have gone through several and the one I am using now is Textra.
There are many out there.
Try one and see if that corrects the concern.
