Transfer ring tones from Razr V3 to Samsung Avant

I had some really great ringtones from Tmobile (no longer have them on Tzones) that have been locked in a Motorola Razr V3 phone. I am trying to access them to transfer to Samsung Avant and can't. I tried searching the internet for the ringtones but can't find them. One in particular was called "Isaac Ignore It". The phone rings and is answered by a voice that says, "Don't answer, ignore it, some Japanese guy keeps calling and leaving messages." This ring tone is so awesome. I want to transfer it to my new phone or buy it but I can't do either.

The Razr requires motorola phone tools installed on the computer before it can communicate with it. If you can install the software (the CD should have come with your phone), you should be able to search and save the phones ringtones to your PC.
