Google Play music saying no WiFi?

Hello HTC One a9 user. Just switched back to Android. When trying to download my music to phone I get a notification from play music that no Wi-Fi connection available will download when connected to Wi-Fi, however I am connected to Wi-Fi with a great signal. This is the only app that is giving me a problem concerning Wi-Fi so I know it's not my wireless connections. Any help or if someone else has experienced same situation would be appreciated thanks in advance TBC

I've seen this same issue in Spotify on both my Robin and my iPhone. Not sure the cause, BUT generally Spotify will just take an extra moment or to to realize I AM online and will play my music. I guess you have tried giving it a few extra (30 seconds or so) seconds? Also, of course try rebooting your device, ALWAYS try that, it can fix many problems. Lastly try turning on airplane mode with will turn OFF all your signal radios, then turn it off and let your phone require it's mobile and WiFi signal.
