My lenovo A6000 lost it's sim 1 slot function few days ago. I bought it last year. How do I fix it?

I bought my phone in Feb 2015. I didn't face any problems until my sim 1 slot lost function. I think I did a major mistake by playing games. That could also be a reason. Plz tell me how to fix that problem.

I would try to restart the phone, if that doesn't work, you can try to backup any important data and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem
