Hi I have HTC mini 2 phone. My phone seems to have virus.

I did factory setting twice but the virus don' seem to go. I am not been able to browse anything from the phone. The moment I go on the sites, I get pop ups that the phone has virus and download the app to clear the same.
Please help.

I would try to backup any important data and do a factory data reset and don't install any apps to see if you still have the same problem
