ok. so, I had 3 fingerprints in my Samsung Galaxy S5. one was mine. one was my dad's. one was my friend Natalie's. I was going through my phone and saw that I had 3 fingerprints and I was going to delete all but mine. NATURALLY I thought mine was the first one, but when I tried to use it it didn't work. so I asked my dad if he could try his and it didn't work. so I'm almost positive that only natalie can get into my phone now. and like the ***** I am, I cant remember my backup password to get into my phone. I tried the whole Android Management thing, but that only locked it and now I cant get back in!

Hi, speak to Natalie - use her finger to unlock your phone if you have forgotten everything then a factory reset is the next step.

Did you not use Android Device Manager to log in to the phone with your Gmail credentials?
