Why wont my galaxy grand prime straight talk phone connect to 4g anymore?

I had 4g coverage before I refilled my phone this time and now that I refilled it it will not connect to 4g anymore. I have great 4g coverage where I live so that's not the problem. Can anyone help me fix this??? Please??

Hi, I'd suggest you speak to your service provider - you might have some signalling issues in your area that you don't know about.
