Why wont it turn on

System software not authorized by at&t has been found on your tablet. Please turn of your tablet and go to the nearest at&t store for help. But i dont want to go to a at&t store i tried reseting it but it didnt work please help i dont want to use a compuer because i dont have the right equipment for it.
