Why can't I receive / send MMS messages

[AC Question]

I have an LG 41C Ultimate II from Tracfone which operates over Verizon towers. For some reason I cannot receive or send MMS. At times when I try sending an MMS I get message "attachment removed." Other times it just doesn't go through. Tried 10-digit nbr@vtxt.com....@vtext.com....@vzwpix.com .....@mypixmessages.com
