How can i fix unwanted recommended apps on phones display

Are you talking about the suggested/frequent apps at the top of the app drawer? Go to your Google app (or your Google Now screen, swipe left to right until it won't go anymore), tap the hamburger menu in the top left then tap settings. Turn off the app suggestions slider.
