Whay does My S6 which is paired with my 2016 RDX sometimes connect and disconnect?

I have a 2016 Acura RDX. My Samsung Galaxy S6 is paired with the Bluetooth on the vehicle. I can make and receive calls but at times the phone disconnects and then reconnects with the car. This can happen when I am on te phone or when the phone is not in use. It does not happen every time but enough to be annoying. If I am on the phone and it disconnects I can pick up my cell and continue the conversation until it reconnects with the car and then I can continue my conversation on the car. Does anyone else have this problem and have you had it resolved. Acura says it is not their problem and Samsung says the phone is working properly.
