MY gear Vr is stuck and the health and safety Warning what do I do?

Everythign with my Gear VR is ok untill i Get to the Health and safety Warning. It says look here to acknowledge. It starts fine, counts down 10,9 and then it stops and says look here to Acknowledge. I have tried reinstalling the app on my phone( Galaxy S7edge), contacted samsung but to no avail. Please help.

What did Samsung say? If it is defective then they should send you a replacement
