keep on getting warning on my Samsung 4G android that Mobile Data limit has exceeded. Need assistance please!

Go to Settings, Wireless Networks, Mobile Data, and adjust your data limit there with the sliding bars. It's a good idea to set a data warning to tell you when you are near your monthly limit, and to set the limit itself higher than that, since that gives you a little room to manoeuvre before data is cut off .
