HTC one M9 cloging home internet

[AC Question]

hey all,

my HTC One M9 has been working fine for the last 6 month, then this week it has started cloging the home internet, as soon as it connects to the router in the house, it stops everything working, as soon as i go to mobile data the phone and the home laptops and everything work perfect again. i have removed apps that i installed before the issue started ... any help please???

Hi, so when the device is connected to the WiFi the phone begins to fail? what happens to the phone, does it crash and reboot? have you tried booting your device in to safe mode to see if it works?
