No one has been able to help..
While attempting to update my tMo note 4 it encountered an issue and am now stuck. No computer will not recognize the connection and no recovery works.
Kies and Smart Switch don't recognize the phone.
I can't get into safe mode it recovery mode.
Any ideas? Thank you so much.
