So what do you mean by locked out and google verification? If you have forgotten your lock screen pin or pattern, you may be able to reset it via google, depending on if you changed any settings or are using encryption. Take a look at the below website which will show some options, but basically if you try and fail several times, you should get a forgot pin prompt and you may be able to unlock it with the google account password.
