I've seen people inquiring about rooting without opening or unlocking the bootloader I got theHUAWEI ASCEND MATE 2 with a locked bootloader and it's simple I just want to kingroot.net and it was a simple route and it stays rooted in the super users there and everything is good busy box was installed correctly and everything I just don't have an unlocked bootloader which means I can't do any flashing I can't do any theme changes and I can't do any custom ROM so for now but I'm using it for is to save my battery and my CPU settings I can overclock

Have you tried the unlocking methods? (I am not recommending that you do.)
