My Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge with Cortana works fine. Now after touching the microphone icon in Contacts I get "Can't open microphone". What can I do to restore microphone access to contacts etc? By the way the microphone worked out of the box and for a while after Cortana was installed but not after 7 days or so. HELP!!!
