Issue with "actually free" apps

A

AC Question

Hi all (apologies if this is in the wrong section)

I'm UK based running Nexus 6P on Android N Dev Preview 4.

I have installed Amazon's Underground App store in order to install the Prime video app, which works fine.

However any app that's "actually free" downloads but won't open, stating that an unknown errorhas occurred and to redownload. The free apps work and open fine - its just the ones that would cost on the normal Play Store that Amazon are offering for free.

I've researched a little bit and thought it could be due to location settings or something but mine are fine. I do use a VPN but that's set for GBR so I dont think it's that.

It's frustrating me not knowing what the problem is - anyone any ideas?

PS ive done the usual cache clearing, uninstalling/reinstalling etc to no joy

Thanks
