wont hard reset or does nothing

My Samsung Galaxy Express 3 which is farely New was allowed to die (Batt) during. A forced 6 day vacation from society, when it was returned I attempted to restart it nothing. Aftersum charging I attempted to start it again, this time it powered up n vibrated n noises and all that but the screen was black and no lighting, so after sum research YouTube n other forums I tried several demonstrated methods 2 restart it n didn't react any different than the powering up blackscreen n no lights even the hard reset....

No, the power button was kinda stuck and was a little stiff
