AC Question

I just had my screen repaired last week, and now when someone calls me, they hear an echo on their end after speaking. I hear everything just fine, and they seem to hear me perfectly, as well. But when they speak, they hear themselves after a delay.

Help!

Why do callers hear an echo when calling me on my S7?

Sorry for the repost, but I needed to clarify which phone I have. When I had my phone repaired last week, I wasn't having this issue. Now when someone calls me, they hear the echo of themselves. Everything sounds fine on my end, but they are hearing themselves in a delayed echo.

Cases can sometimes cause this problem, if they're blocking the secondary mic. Does this happen without a case?
