Camera quality good, but only in camera app

Hello,

I have been having this issue for a while... I don't know if there is a way to fix it, either.

My camera's quality is pretty good and shows a lot of light in its application. However, when I use Snapchat or pokemon GO, the quality turns bad and goes too dark to be seen.

How can I fix this issue?

I have an LG Stylo 2
