Nexus 9 vs Pixel C

A

AC Question

I currently have a Nexus 9 and a Pixel C which I am trying out.
Im not sure if i should keep the pixel C or send it back or not.

When running android 6
The Nexus 9 is fast and responsive enough for all use types including high intensity tasks like 3D games. It usually responds to input instantly Occasionally it freezes for a moment.

The pixel C is also fast and responsive enough for all use types including high intensity tasks like 3D games, however it feels a little bit smoother all of the time. Load and boot times are much faster. There are no brief freezes. It always responds to input instantly

The only significant performance differences between the two are the absence of brief freezes on and faster load times on the pixel c.

When running android N beta both devices have occasional pauses and brief crashes. The pixel C compeltely crashed once, the nexus 9 has never done this.

This pixel C feels a bit to big and uncomfortable to hold
The Nexus 9 thou smaller is a nicer more comfortable size and the metalic rim has grown on me, its a feature i like.

What it comes down to is
I am not sure if the improved performance is a worth £399
and the better size and feel of the nexus 9 has swayed me to the older device quite a bit.

What do people think?
