Hello!
I awoke this morning to find that my Samsung S5 saying "unable to complete encryption due to interruption". It offered me the chance to factory reset. I guess I wasn't sure what to do and instead foolishly removed the battery.
Now it doesn't work at all. If I try to power it up it doesn't go past the "Samsung Galaxy S5" frame. I've tried to do a hard factory reset (volume up + home + power) and nothing happens. There is half a vibration but it doesn't progress further. If I leave it as it is, every so often I see a flash of what I think is red text in the top left corner, but no more.
I've tried to hooking it up to my laptop via Samsung Kies, although no luck.
Any idea how else I can try to do a factory reset to try and save my phone?
