Galaxy S6 - why doesn't Swipe To Unlock work when I receive a phone call?

It unlocks at all other times. Swipe to unlock does not work only on Incoming Calls, and then the call goes to Voice Mail. How do I solve this?

Hi, when a call comes in the lock screen is replaced with an answer or reject screen for you to deal with the incoming call. You won't need to swipe to unlock to answer, you just need to press the green "answer" button
