I have a galaxy S6 phone and am with virgin mobile uk, I am currently abroad and have paid for a prepaid data package with my phone however I can't access it at all.
I have turned both data roaming and data on and gone to manually set up APN for it to appear with a message stating "access pint names unavailable for this user" I have tried to add them anyway without success. Restarted my phone, reset the APN, nothing is working and this has been going on for weeks. Someone suggested adding a virgin VPN, but I have been unable to find if one is set up. I can access wifi fine and seem to be able to get service on my phone for everything else. Please do you have any advice on how to get my data working again?
