Hey guys,
Need some urgent help. I recently bought the Moto G3 (great phone!) and installed Whatsapp on it. Since the beginning, I was never able to send any pictures or videos to my contacts over my home Wifi. I can receive pictures and videos just fine.
I have an iPhone and a Lumia as well and there are no issues with my Wifi sending or receiving media on these phones in Whatsapp.
I've upgraded the Moto G3 to the latest Android version (6.0.1) and my device version is 24.61.55.
I've tried to uninstall and re-install Whatsapp but no use. It might also be prudent to note that during Whatsapp installation (both times), I was not able to get past the "Initializing... please wait a moment" page over Wifi although the app's status itself said "WhatsApp Service is operating normally". I turned WiFi off and i was able to get past this page easily.
