I keep getting the following message on startup 'Process system isn't responding. Wait or OK'.

I have done all I can except a factory reset (and I don't want to do that). Nothing seems wrong with the phone hitting the 'wait' option. Any help would be great. I have an S7 Edge and am with Verizon.
