Battery won't charge

[AC Question]

Hello I have Samsung galaxy s4 and today I was playing Pokémon Go and searching for pokemons in the rain. When I back home and pluged in my charger. My battery won't charge and just drains. Then something called Power Sharing poped up. I tried factory reset but it did not help. My battery dead and now my phone keeping vibrating and still not charging. Sorry if my English was bad.
