Forgive me if this question has already been answered on the forum. I have looked through a bunch of past threads and haven't found an answer to my question.
I have a Samsung Galaxy Prevail LTE. I set the lock screen and wallpaper when I got the phone about 9 months ago. Today, the wallpaper was replaced by a blank blue screen and when I try to reset it to the picture that it was before it says, "unable to load photo." The photo that I am trying to load is stored on the device storage, not the SD card.
I can, however, change to one of the two wallpapers that came with the phone.
To make matters even weirder, the photo on the lock screen (which was the same photo I used as the wallpaper) is still there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
